Introduction
Tencent Youth Game Designer Challenge provides a platform for university students to show their talents as game designers. Hosted by Tencent Institute of Games, this competition aims to discover outstanding game design & development talents and creative game works in universities through the creative process and production of games. It’s a challenge designed for college gamers all around the world.
Games we are looking for
Types: including but not limited to mini-programs, APPs, H5, PC or other platforms
Topics: Students and teams can create based on your own interests, or you can choose topics from traditional culture preservation, social issues, scientific research, scientific knowledge, military, education, medical care, etc.

First-round registration&submission
Please send the application form,ppt, a demo video, and demo to TIG_UR@tencent.com before 24:00 on July 31, 2020. The name of the mail is "First round registration&submission of 2020 Tencent Youth Game Designer Challenge".
(1)The application form must include your name, school, major, education, and email address. Please tell us whether you are participating individually or as a team. If it is a team, please note your team name, team members, and your team picture.
(2)Your PPT for the introduction of creation and gameplay of the work.
(3)The video needs to explain the gameplay and ensure that the demo can be experienced.

First round evaluation
After the first round of evaluation, the results will be announced on the official website and email to notified to enter the semi-finals team (in no particular order).
August 3th to August 18th, 2020

Mentor guidance, second-round work revision, and submission.
The demo of the second round is optimized and perfected to improve the completion and quality of the demo. The submission method is the same as the first round’s. Please send ppt, demo video and demo to TIG_UR@tencent.com before 24:00 on August 19,2020.
August 19th to September 16th, 2020

Second round evaluation
16 works will be selected from all works in the semi-finals. After the evaluation, the results will be announced on the official website and the finalists will be notified via email (in no particular order).
September 17th to September 25th, 2020

Final judging and award ceremony
The final candidates compete on-site; final results will be announced on the official website.
